The idea of constituting the Memorial & Charitable Trust in favour of the holy couple was the brain child of their 2nd son Sri Volety. Kameswara Rao. But, his thoughts could not be transformed into action due to various reasons.
The Author & Founder of this Trust drafted the Constitution, after going through the Deeds of various & similar Trusts for a long time, after prolonged discussions and consultations, and after taking the suggestions of elders and welwishers, finalised the Deed.
THE DEED OF DECLARATION OF TRUST was, accordingly, registered on 22nd May, 2002. An Amendment was also brought and registered on 2nd December, 2002 giving it retrospect effect i.e. from 22-05-2002.
