Telesales Executive - Tamworth

Based in Tamworth one of our current clients is a leading provider of chemical spill kits. They sell these kits to chemical processing plants, Oil and Petrochem companies, Manufacturers, Engineering companies and anywhere where oil, chemicals or hazardous liquids/materials may be stored. The companies they sell to have a legal requirement to keep these kits on site.

They are now looking for a Telesales Executive to win new clients by prospecting business customers over the phone. You must have experience selling over the phone in a B2B role.

The role is more a fact finding one where you have to find out relevant information from the company and then arrange for a site survey to be carried out by one of the Field Sales team. All leads are provided. The company are part of a multimillion pound group with lots of training, support and opportunities.

On target earnings are £20,000 made up of a basic and commission. £13,500 basic plus bonus for hitting target, bonus on sales, part bonus paid for hitting part target. Hours are 9 to 5, hour lunch Monday to Friday, free lunch provided.

Event Manager near Warwick

Based near Warwick one of our current clients is a leading provider of exhibition, event and venue services. They offer an unparalleled range of facilities aimed at the conference and event industry, with over 7500sqm of purpose built, fully serviced exhibition space and over 250 acres of serviced outdoor event space.

 

They are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join their events team to assist with the planning, development and operational delivery of the full range of events, conferences and exhibitions on site. These include public, trade and corporate functions, indoor and outdoor events, conferences and exhibitions of all sizes. You will also assist colleagues with planning, development and delivery as required.

 

You will currently be a team player in an events environment, with proven experience in event management and planning with knowledge of exhibitions and conferences. Excellent interpersonal skills, professional approach, and a passion for customer service are all essential requirements. Good IT skills are required. An understanding of health and safety would be useful.
 

Other duties include increasing commercial income by effectively managing incoming enquiries and converting them into events, producing the appropriate support documents, site visits, event proposals and final contracts.

 

You will need to hit the ground running and so you MUST have extensive experience of running/managing events from small conferences to large exhibitions.

 

The basic salary is up to £25,000 depending on experience with an annual bonus of around £1000. Generous holiday allowance of 26 days plus bank holidays.

One of our current clients is a leading provider of outsourced business services such as compliance testing, waste management, washroom services and products. They are part of a multi million pound group with an excellent brand and reputation.

Based in Tarleton near Preston they are currently looking for an outbound Telesales Executive to source new business by proactively making B2B sales calls to decision makers. Companies you phone have a legal requirement to use the services and products you are selling under Health and Safety or Environmental laws. There is an extensive database to work from.

You must have previous B2B outbound telesales experience with an excellent telephone manner along with the ability to influence decision makers. You should be used to working in a targeted role whilst working to KPIs and also possess keyboard skills.

Salary details are £15,000 basic with a realistic OTE of between £23,000 and £25,000. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays plus christmas shut down. Full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Telesales Executive - Medical Testing Services

One of our current clients is a leading provider of testing services for medical devices. They are well established with an excellent brand and reputation and are part of a multi million pound group.

Based in Tamworth they are now looking for a Telesales Executive to call GP surgeries, Health Centres, Hospitals, Dentists and Care Homes etc to sell their medical equipment testing service. Bascially any company that uses medical equipment has a LEGAL requirement for that equipment to be annually tested. It will be your job to gain interest from the customer and then arrange an Engineer to visit the customer and carry out the testing.

This is not a quick call quick win sales role. You need to be able to develop trust and confidence with decision makers such as Doctors, Practice Managers, Health Workers and Occupational Therapists. You need to be professional and confident with experience in B2B telesales.

Salary includes a basic of £14,000 rising to £15,000 after probation, plus commission making a realistic OTE of £18,000 to £19,000 (although this is uncapped).

Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00.

20 days holiday PLUS Christmas days (usually 3 days) Plus Bank Holidays.

Telesales Executive - Smethwick

One of our current clients is a leading provider of recycling and waste reduction equipment to enable companies to comply with their environmental and corporate responsibility targets. The equipment they provide helps customers reduce the amount they spend on sending waste to landfill and waste collection. They are a well known brand and are part of a well respected multi million pound group.

Based in Smethwick in the West Midlands they are now looking for a Telesales Executive to make quality appointments for the field sales personnel to follow up. Some of the leads will be provided by the field sales team and there are thousands of potential leads from customers who use different parts of the group who you can contact.

This is a B2B telesales role, you need to have experience in proactive cold calling, you must be confident making outbound calls, be able to get past gate keepers and enjoy talking to decision makers.

The basic salary is £14,000 with a realistic OTE of £19,000 (the OTE is easily being hit by the existing staff)

European Business Development Manager - Waste Water/Recycling

One of our current clients is a leading provider of engineering equipment for the waste water and recycling industries. They are part of a multi million pound group and sell equipment related to Soil Remediation, Sludge Screening, Grit Washing, Water Treatment and Food Recycling.

They are now looking for a European Business Development Manager. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for taking the companies products into Europe, developing and managing lead generation, building and maintaining client relationships and understanding cultural values across the region. Regular travel across Europe to visit clients will be required.

You must be educated to A level or equivalent (a degree in engineering would be desirable) with extensive sales experience and a proven track record in heavy machinery sales (preferably in the Waste Water or Waste Recycling sector). You also need a full driving license. European Language skills are also desirable.

Area Sales Manager/Sales Engineer - UK Based - OTE of around £65,000.

Vision Sales Services is a specialist consultancy helping clients with the recruitment and training of sales people. One of our current clients is a a leading provider in their field, they are well established with an excellent reputation along with a Queens Award for Export.

They sell engineering equipment to Quarries, Mines, Aggregate, Recycling and Bulk Handling companies. The equipment consists of conveyors, screening systems, hoppers, crushers etc and can range from tens to hundreds of thousands of pounds for a complete plant system.

They are now looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager or Sales Engineer based anywhere in the country to maintain existing accounts and win new business. You should have experience in the longer sales cycle, selling high value capital equipment with an engineering, mechanical, process or bulk handling bias preferably with experience in selling to quarry and mining companies. You also need a full driving license.

The package includes a basic of up to £40,000 depending on experience with realistic OTE of £65,000+ also included is a company car plus normal benefits.

Telesales - Tamworth - Up to £25,000 OTE

One of our current clients is a long established, well respected provider of washroom equipment, primarily warm air hand dryers. They are the UK distributor for one of the worlds leading hand dryer manufacturers and are part of a multimillion pound group.

Based in Tamworth they are currently looking for a Telesales Executive to research certain construction projects to fact find and help identify buyers, contractors, timescales etc. Once identified leads are then handed to the external sales team to follow up. The role is mainly based on the telephone, you will work from a database showing details of planning permissions that have been granted by councils. From this you will know who the main builder/contractor is and then you have to "join the dots" to gain as much information as possible to aid the external sales people.
 
The role would suit someone who has done B2B telesales or market research, you need to be confident and have a positive attitude.
 
This role is to replace someone who has been promoted so there is a database of leads and prospects they have been working on that will be passed to you.
 
Basic salary plus commission making an OTE of £25,000. (half the current team earned over £25,000 last year and the other half earned over £20,000) so £22,500 would be a realistic first year earnings.

Field Sales Executive - Health and Safety products

One of our current clients is a leading provider of health and safety products such as specialised flooring, spill control and other work place safety products. They are part of a multi million pound group with an excellent brand and reputation.

Based near the eastern side of the M4 corridor (Reading/Bracknell etc) they are now looking for a Field Sales Executive to win and manage new business from corporate customers. Selling to Health and Safety Managers, Plant Managers and Maintenance Managers it will be your job to grow revenues from your area. This is a home based role but the majority of your time will be based out on the road visiting new and existing customers. The products they sell are essential items that prospect customers will have a legal requirement to have. The products are typically sold to engineering, oil, chemical, process, production and manufacturing industries.

You need to be experienced in the whole sales cycle from identifying leads, making appointments, conducting sales presentations and closing along with territory management. This is a field sales role so you need to be self motivated and have a full driving license.

Basic salary is £23,000 with a realistic commission of £15,000 uncapped making an OTE of £38,000. Company car plus Blackberry and laptop.
