Vishal Kumar Jain grew up in Bellary, Karnataka. Due to his steadily deteriorating eyesight he was forced to abandon his studies after class nine. However, after 3 years he shifted to Bangalore to resume his education and explore new opportunities. He completed B.Com from Shri Bhagavan Mahaveer Jain College, Bangalore. In 2010 he secured admission into Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML) to do MBA, specializing in Marketing & Human Resources. Post MBA, he joined Tata Motors in 2012 and presently he is working as a Project Manager in Corporate HR at Mumbai.
He is passionate about music and plays six percussion instruments - the Rhythm Pads, Tabla, Drums, Dholak, Congo and Bongo. He has performed in U.S.A. as well. He enjoys adventure and has trekked to Surya Top mountain in Uttarakhand, which is at 13,100 feet above sea level.
Vishal has initiated many social projects to facilitate education for the needy and create awareness about visually challenged. in 2011, he received Young Achiever's - Special Mention Award by Brigade Group and Rotary Midtown Bangalore. He also went on to receive appreciation from the former President of India Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam.
