THE MIAMI HERALD |Micro Rave | Crepe Connection Café

Ralph Sanchez digs into a bowl of Cantipalo (an imported sausage from Spain) salad while Cindy takes a break.

Ralph and Cindy Sanchez were tempted to keep Crepe Connection Café 'Miami's best-kept secret.' But 'that wouldn't be fair' to the 'cozy' restaurant, so they're ready to spread the word about the hand-made crepes -- for entrees and desserts -- and the 'best salads and soups in town. Their homemade soup of the day is to die for.' The Sanchezes also applaud the presentation and 'the great service.' Owners Johnny and Glenys Saavedra 'always make you feel part of the family' and their daughter Devin is their favorite waitress. The Sanchezes discovered the restaurant by accident. They were on their way to Bonefish Grill and happened upon the Crepe Connection in the same shopping center. `We've been hooked every since.'
The Crepe Connection Café is at 14264 SW Eighth St., Miami; 305-485-0085.
