The No Surprises Act requires that your healthcare provider give you a written “good faith estimate” of how much their services will cost if you ask for it. This helps ensure that you don’t get a big surprise medical bill later. You can then decide whether you want to pay for their services or get service elsewhere.

My process is simple: we set a fee for service at the time of your intake appointment. The first time you and I schedule a session, I’ll go over the price and frequency of therapy with you. We’ll make sure it’s a good fit and that you know what to expect before you’re charged. You’ll also get a copy of the expected cost of each session in writing.

The policies around payments and session frequency will also be clearly stated. We will decide together how long you wish to access services. Clients are free to terminate services at any time. Termination - with accessible referrals - can also occur due to non payment or not attending sessions without communication.

Please let me know if you have additional questions regarding this process.
