I am Professor of Strategic Management at the University of Toulon (France) and co-director of the CERGAM, the research center in Management Sciences of Aix-Marseille University. I am Visiting Professor at the Hanoï School of Business, Vietnam. Previously I worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Savoie.

My research topics deal with the role of absorptive capacity, social networks and innovation management in organizations, especially in knowledge-intensive firms. 

My teaching spans the Masters, MBA and Executive levels. I teach Organization Theory, Corporate Strategy, Management of Innovation and Business Games.

I hold a PhD in Strategy and Organization from the Graduate School of Management (IAE), University of Aix-Marseille, and a Master of Science in Management from the SKEMA Business School. For my doctoral research I was awarded by the National Association for Education and Research Development under the supervision of Professor Philippe Baumard.

I am a member of several international research associations as the Academy of Management, the European Group for Organizational Studies, the European Academy of Management and the International Association for Strategic Management. I also regularly review for a number of journals including "The Journal of Business Venturing", "The European Management Journal", "M@n@gement", "Management International" and "Revue Française de Gestion".
