Booster Club

  • To arouse and maintain an enthusiastic interest in the various phases of the Band Departments of District 7. 
  • To lend all possible support to the band students and the band director for the purpose of maintaining the spirit and the highest performance of the band.
  • To cooperate with the band director(s) to promote the general activities of the Band.
Membership and Dues
  • Any person who subscribes to the objectives of the Boosters may become a member upon payment of the dues and active participation in the Boosters.
  • The Boosters shall conduct a membership drive each Spring. Members will be accepted at any time.
  • Annual dues will be set by the Executive Board and be due in September of each year or upon desiring membership in the Boosters.
  • Regular meetings of the Boosters will be held monthly on dates set by the Executive Board. Monthly meetings can be canceled by the Executive Board if there is insufficient business to hold a meeting. Additional meetings of the Boosters can be called at the discretion of the Executive Board. The Booster Club meets monthly (November through July) every second Tuesday of the month usually at 6:00 pm in the SHS band room.
The Booster Club feeds the children at all of their events - band camp, football games, competitions.  We always need help in this area.  The Booster also helps with the band's fundraisers like the fruit sales.

The Booster Club has several committees that work hard to make the band a success for the kids.  Get involved; your children will thank you.

A special thank you goes out to all of our parents that have sent in snacks, desserts, plates, cups, napkins, hand sanitizer, etc. for the band.  We could not do this without you.  Thanks J
