Vidasi Yoga brings yoga into everyday life.  The practice of yoga asanas (postures) is the foundation of a lifestyle that brings us into balance, by helping us cleanse our bodies and minds.  But that is just the beginning of a yoga lifestyle.  Beyond the yoga asana practice, is a rich and ancient philosophy that can guide our lives and help us find union within and union without.

Vidasi offers private lessons and group classes in Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles of yoga asana practice.  Complementing the asana practice, is instruction in Meditation, Mudras (yoga gestures), Mantras (Sanskrit prayers), and Pranayama (breathing exercises).  Vidasi also offers classes, workshops, and retreats on meditation, yoga philosophy, vegetarianism, and holistic living.

Currently living in Mexico City, Vidasi's founder, China Faire Osborn, travels and teaches in Mexico and the United States, offering classes in both English and Spanish.  For more information about how you can explore your yoga path with us, see the practice section of this website.
