I am Teaching Fellow in Management in the King's Business School at King's College London (UK). I received my PhD from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain). During my doctoral degree I have been visiting scholar at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (USA) and at the Concordia University (Canada).

My main research interests fall at the intersection of entrepreneurship and family firms. More specifically, my core research is related with the new venture growth phases and the impact on employment rates. I am interested in the individual and the environment and the effect on small business growth. I measure actual new venture growth, entrepreneurial growth aspirations and start-up size.
