I just finished my PhD in statistics and machine learning at Harvard, focused on building interpretable models, and will be moving to London UK to join Google as a research scientist. I did my undergrad at the University of Toronto in math and statistics, and summer internships at Google and D. E. Shaw. I also co-founded the Future of Life Institute, and served as President of the Harvard Toastmasters club. (See CV and LinkedIn) I live in an awesome group house in Boston called Citadel with friends from LessWrong. In my spare time, I enjoy rock climbing, blues and contra dancing, hiking and singing. My official name is Viktoriya Krakovna, but I often go by Victoria or Vika. |
