Easy Crock-Pot Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients


3 cups of cooked cubed chicken (great way to use leftovers)

3 or 4 cups water

1/2 cup carrots

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

2 cups uncooked noodles

1 can of cream of chicken soup


Put chicken, carrots, salt, pepper and water (enough to cover) in crock pot.   Cook for 3 hours on Low then add soup and stir till mixed well.   Continue cooking on low for another 45 minutes then add noodles.   Cook until done around 15 to 20 minutes.
