I'm happy to announce that we had a great showing at the IHSA Boys State meet this weekend.
Nathan Lightman nailed his inward double for 5s and 6s to move from the end of the group of 48 divers to finish in 32nd. After a rocky start, Alex Zuniga managed to move from 46th place after 2 rounds and finish prelims in 14th, earning himself a spot in semis. He ended up finishing the day there, missing the finals cut by one point.
We are very proud of our athletes and their accomplishments this year!

We are proud to announce that both Alex Zuniga and Nathan Lightman have qualified for the IHSA State Meet in Diving. Prelims will be at 8;30am on Friday morning and Finals will be run on Saturday afternoon. Congratulations to the both!
Alex Zuniga has been nominated as the TribLocal player of the month. If we wins, a monetary donation will be made to the school and he'll get a nice plaque.
