West-MEC focuses on Career and Technical Education programs that help prepare students to enter the workforce and pursue continuing education. The West-MEC school district offers students the opportunity to choose a variety of career-related courses on their high school campuses. West-MEC CTE courses allow students the ability to earn industry certification, college credit and internship possibilities. A lot of the classes and programs you could earn college and high school credits. You will need transportation for the West-MEC programs. There is no tuition but there are fees. Talk with Mr. Sereno or your Guidance Counselor for more information.
Programs include: Automotive Collision Industries, Automotive Technology, Aviation Technology, Cosmetology, Dental Assisting, Emergency Medical Technician, Medium Heave Diesel Technology, and Fire Science. |
