In my research I study the antecedents, processes, and consequences of entrepreneurial activity. 

More specifically, most of my research focuses on 

a) the determinants of career transitions into entrepreneurship, 

b) the causes and implications of hiring strategies as firms emerge and mature, 

c) how entrepreneurial activity can affect both individual careers and society at large.
