Savory Risotto

½ cup water
Onion
1 cup mushrooms slice
1;green pepper, chopped
Tomato (I use chopped cherry tomatoes)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp crushed sage
¼ tsp thyme leaves
1 ½ cups Arborio rice
5 ½ cups veggie broth
15 oz black beans
Sautee onion, mushrooms, pepper, tomato, garlic, sage and thyme in water for 5 minutes. Stir in rice and cook for 2 minutes. Heat veggie broth to boiling in microwave. Add boiling broth to rice mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until rice is cooked and mixture is creamy – about 20 minutes. Stir in beans and heat through.
