Pasta de California

16 oz whole wheat angel hair pasta or corn pasta
5 gloves garlic
2 sliced jalapenos
6-8 tomatoes (I use 2 28 oz boxes of Pomi chopped tomatoes)
Juice from 2 limes
2 cans black beans
1/2 pound of spinach, stems removed

Boil water and cook pasta according to package. Saute garlic, onion and jalapeno. Stir in;tomatoes. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add beans and spinach. Cover and cook until spinach is cooked down (about 3 minutes). Add lime juice and turn off heat. Add cooked, drained pasta to pan and mix. (I always add more lime juice to my bowl).
