Kung Pao

Broccoli
Onion
Red Pepper
Green Pepper
Yellow Pepper
Combine the following for sauce:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce or tamari
4TB lemon juice
4TB sugar or brown rice syrup
4tsp cornstarch or arrowroot
1tsp crushed red pepper. Be careful - it can get real spicy real quick!

Stir fry veggies for a few minutes with a little bit of water or soy sauce (tamari). Add sauce and cook until sauce thickens. Serve over brown rice (we really like brown basmati).
