1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup whole wheat flour (I use chickpea flour)
2 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix nutritional yeast and flour in skillet and toast over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Whisk in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Allow to thicken.
