Eggless Omelettes

1 cup chickpea flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 salt
Assorted chopped veggies (I usually use onions, mushrooms, tomatoes)

Mix ingredients with water to make thick pancake batter. Pour in heated skillet, top with veggies and cook until side done. Flip and cook other side. Fold in half and serve.
