Broccoli Fried Rice

1 cup jasmine rice
Onion, diced small
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp fresh minced ginger
1 TBSP soy sauce
1/2 cup green onion
1 cup steamed broccoli

Cook rice as directed on package. Saute diced onion, garlic, and ginger in a bit of water. Add rice and add soy sauce. Add green onion and broccoli.

Sometimes I add some Tofu Scramble and skip the broccoli.
