Viet-Dung NGUYEN received the B.Sc. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from VNU University of Engineering and Technology (Vietnam), in 2009, M.Sc. in Network and Telecommunication from L'École normale supérieure (ENS) de Cachan, Université Paris XI ( now, University of Paris-Saclay, France), in 2012, and Ph.D. in Signal Processing from University of Orléans (France) in 2016 under the supervision of Prof. Karim Abed-Meraim and Prof. Nguyen Linh-Trung.
His current research interests include: Signal processing and AI, Matrix and tensor decompositions, Adaptive signal processing, Blind source separation, Array signal processing, Wireless communication, Statistical performance analysis.

24 Mars 2022: Our conference paper "Deep learning based higher-order approximation for multiple knife edge diffraction" is accepted at IEEE AP-S/URSI 2022, Denver.
20 December 2021: Our journal paper "A generalized recursive Vogler algorithm for multiple bridged knife-edge diffraction" is accepted, with minor revisions, to be published in in IEEE Transactions on Antennas & Propagation.
16 November 2021: Our journal paper "Robust Subspace Tracking Algorithms using Fast Adaptive Mahalanobis Distance" is accepted to be published in Signal Processing.
August 2021: I am very pleased to join with Prof. Linh-Trung (VNU-UET) as a signal processing track co-chair at the ATC conference, co-organized by the Radio & Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV) and the IEEE Communications Society (IEEE ComSoc). The ATC will be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH).
June 2021: Our short survey on robust subspace tracking "Robust Subspace Tracking Algorithms in Signal Processing: A Brief Survey" is accepted at REV journal on electronics and communications
04 May 2021: Our conference paper "A fast recursive algorithm for multiple bridged knife-edge diffraction" is accepted at EUSIPCO 2021.
3 Mars 2021: Our journal paper "Robust Subspace Tracking with Missing Data and Outliers: Novel Algorithm with Convergence Guarantee " is accepted to be published in IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing . Matlab implementation can be found here (NEW-Updated).
28 November 2020: Our group, Tools for Complex Systems at AVITECH, will joint a project "Advanced sensor device and materials for large-scale water data survey" leaded by Prof. Hoang Nam Nhat (VNU-UET) . This project is funded by Vingroup Innovation Foundation (VINIF).
4 October 2020: Our journal paper "On the proof of recursive Vogler algorithm for multiple knife-edge diffraction" is accepted to be published in IEEE Transactions on Antennas & Propagation (NEW)
