Support

    We are constantly checking the Helpdesk for support requests. If you're having any problems with your technology (computers, projectors, SMART Boards, Chromebooks, etc) please go to the address below and submit a Helpdesk request. Your username and password are your email address and your email password. Simply emailing the helpdesk does not always create a ticket in the helpdesk system so please use the link below. Stopping us in the hall should prompt the question "Is it on the helpdesk?" which it should be. Stopping us in the hall is rude to the people who follow proper procedure by using the helpdesk. If you simply tell us the problem when you see us we will almost certainly forget. Always use the helpdesk when you have an issue with your technology.



Passwords
    We will never ask you for your password. If we need to get into your computer or email and you're not around we can reset your password.
    Never write your password down.
    If you've forgotten either your Educator Access or Employee Access password you can use the "Forgot your Login/Password?" link below the sign in button to have a reset link sent to your school email address.

    Password requirements:
  • Must be at least nine characters.
  • Must contain at least one capital letter.
  • Must contain at least one number.
  • Must not be any of your last five passwords.
  • Must not contain your username.
  • Must not have been changed in the last 24 hours.


Email
    Every user has access to a Gmail account account through the school in addition to their Kerio email account. It is a Google Apps for Education account. If you don't know what your username or password are please contact us and we will help you set it up.
