southwest style pizza

1 pizza dough ( I love the multigrain pizza dough from whole foods)
enough mozzarella cheese for one pizza
1/2 more or less of salsa
veggies of your choice (peppers, tomatoes, etc), chopped/diced
chopped peppered/southwest turkey deli meat or (spicy turkey)
2 ripe avocados, sliced or chopped
salt & pepper

Catalina or French dressing for drizzling (don't skip this part--it's so good!)

preheat oven to 480 degrees (or if you have a pizza oven use that)
stretch out pizza dough on parchment lined and oiled cookie sheet.
spread out a thin layer of salsa--make sure to get the edges
top with mozzarella cheese
top the cut up veggies
give a nice sprinkling of salt & pepper
bake for about 10-15 minutes or until nice and brown/crisp.
turn off the oven
as soon as it comes out of the oven, top with the chopped turkey and the avocado
place back in oven and let the turkey warm up a bit (a couple minutes)
then drizzle with the catalina or french dressing.
