Quick & Easy Artichoke Bread
7 slices of Trader Joe's sourdough thick bread or Pane Bread (or whatever bread you prefer)
1 jar of Trader Joe's Artichoke Antipasti
2 TB (more or less) Hellmans mayo
2 TB (more or less) plain Greek yogurt
a couple dashes of Parmesan cheese
1 package of Trader Joe's Marinated Mozzarella (really tasty or use about 1 cup + of chopped mozzarella)
salt & pepper, to taste
Cook Notes: Please use a thick bread as the sauce is thick. Use as much or as little mayo and/or yogurt as you wish. Taste as you. May not need salt, but definitely a hint of pepper.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper or foil.
Arrange bread on baking sheets.
In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients except the mozzarella. Spread the mixture on the bread, not too close to the edges.
Chop up the Trader Joe's marinated mozzarella and top on the bread.
Bake about 10-15 minutes or until desired crispness.
