Dr Graham Heap is a post-doctoral researcher working within the van Heel group. His research interests include the genetics of complex diseases and assigning function to genetic variants that are associated with disease. This involves high-throughput genotyping, expression analysis (microarrays) and high-throughput sequencing using both laboratory and bioinformatic approaches.
