Acquiring and Evaluating Information

One of the most important skills for an educated person to possess is the ability to effectively gain and work with knowledge.  All students should show an ability to identify the need for data or information as part of a problem solving process and have the ability to obtain this information from existing sources or create a new source.  Students should also show ability to evaluate the relevance and accuracy of acquired data and determine its relation to whatever the task may be.
