CAR PARKING IN UXBRIDGE

General advice:

Travel by public transport if at all possible

Public Transport

Uxbridge is on the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines. Check Transport for London  for information about closures and engineering work.

Uxbridge is amply served by buses terminating at the Bus Station just behind the Tube station.

Saturday Afternoons

General advice: the only sure-fire choice is to use one of the paying car parks
On-street car parking in the centre is limited to 2 hours and is usually full.
On street parking in surrounding streets is subject to residential parking restrictions – see the local signs

  • Cedars multi-storey (Shopping centre)
  • Granges multi-storey (Shopping centre)
  • Civic Centre multi-storey (Saturdays only)

Pay on Exit car parks

  • The Chimes (Chippendale Waye)

Saturday Evenings

General advice: Use The Chimes Pay on Exit car park, currently £1 for the evening.
On-street car parking in the centre is free after 6:30 pm but fills up rapidly
On street parking in surrounding streets is usually full


Paying car parks

The only paying car park open after 8 pm is The Chimes.
Pedestrian entry after the Chimes Shopping Centre closes at 7 pm is opposite the Civic centre in the High Street, up the escalator and through the Cinema foyer.
