The University of West Georgia Pre-Law Society is a student led organization founded in 2008. The objective of the UWG Pre-law Society is to help familiarize prospective law school students with: the LSAT, the law school admissions process, life within law school, and the many aspects of a legal career. The Society is committed to advancing strong ethics and community involvement for success in law school and in the legal profession. The UWG Pre-law Society will encourage fellowship with students, university faculty, and local members within the legal profession. The Society is open to all students. The Society meets several times each semester, sponsors speaker and panel discussions, organizes fieldtrips to law schools, administers a biannual Mock LSAT.
