Click on the link below (in Attachments) to download the Secondary Portfolio. Keep in mind that you may not have completed some of the assignments listed as some portfolio requirements have changed. If you have a question about a portfolio assignment, please talk to the professor of the class specified on your portfolio waiver form. Final waivers can only be given by the department chair.

The portfolio template provided here is a zipped file. Basically, the folders for your portfolio have been "zipped" up like clothes in a suitcase. You will need to download the zipped file (the suitcase) and then extract the files to access the folders (open the suitcase to get at the clothes). To download the zipped file, left-click on it once and choose Save. Choose where you would like to save the file, and then click Save. Open the file and click on Extract All Files on the left. Choose where you would like the files to be extracted to and click Finish. You can now copy and paste all of your key assignments into the folders. Make sure that you backup your portfolio in multiple locations in case of disk failure (e.g., your house, your laptop, a flash drive, etc.). When you have filled all of the folders and written all of the chapter reflections, you will be ready to burn your CD.

To burn your CD, simply insert a completely blank, brand new CD-RW into the CD drive. Copy your portfolio folder and paste it in the CD drive. Then click Write These Files to CD on the left, put your name as the name of the CD, and let 'er rip. DO NOT touch the CD until the drive ejects it automatically. Then take your CD to another computer to test it before submitting. Write your name on the top of the CD with a Sharpie and submit it along with your waiver form.

Good luck!
