The Student Bar Association (SBA) is made up of an Executive Board and a Senate.
The Executive Board consists of a President, Vice-President (Day), Vice-President (Night), Treasurer, and Secretary. The President is elected annually by all SBA student-members while the other Executive Board members are elected annually by the Senate. The Executive Board oversees the day-to-day operations of the SBA and the implementation of the Senate’s policies.
The Senate is comprised of elected Class Representatives and Representatives from every Student Organization. Through the elected SBA class representatives, every individual student has an active voice in matters concerning the College of Law.In addition to being a Class Representative, some elected Class Representatives serve as Committee Chairs to various Committees within the SBA. These committees are made up of elected Class Representatives, as each Class Representative is required to be a member of at least two committees
Each class has five representatives for the day division and two for the night division (4L's only have two representatives).
