The SBA is responsible for enhancing the quality of life for law students at the University of Toledo College of Law by sponsoring academic, social and community service events, as well as numerous professional networking events. Also, the SBA helps organize graduation as well as first-year orientation. Additionally, the SBA is responsible for providing student office space and providing funding for student organizations at the College of Law.
Professionally & Academically
The SBA sponsors numerous presentations and panel discussions to provide students with additional opportunities to learn about various legal topics. Additionally, each semester the SBA provides thousands of dollars to students who travel to attend various conferences, clinics and symposiums around the world.
The SBA completes hundreds of community service hours each semester. Whether it be through our 5K, Public Service or giving blood, members of the SBA are always giving back our community! Some charities and community service opportunities the SBA provides include:
