USC Undergraduate Conference in Linguistics

Call for Papers
The University of Southern California, Los Angeles, will host its first Undergraduate Conference in Linguistics on Friday/Saturday October 12, 2012. Undergraduate students are invited to submit a one page abstract-outline of a possible 20-minute presentation at the conference, on any topic relating to the study of linguistics, including, but not limited to the sub-fields of syntax, semantics, phonetics, phonology, morphology, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, language acquisition and historical linguistics. Abstracts should be submitted by email to: email@example.com, and should be received by August 1, 2012. Notification of acceptance will be sent out by August 15.

The USC Department of Linguistics intends to publish a special volume of the papers presented at the conference.
