Operational Auxiliarist Program (AUXOP)

You are required to complete a minimum of seven credits to earn the AUXOP qualiflcation.


Three Required Core Courses (1 credit each) Closed Book / Proctored Exams


One of the Following Leadership Courses (1 credit each) Open Book, On Line Exam

___ Auxiliary Advanced Coastal Navigation (AUXACN) - 2 credits - Closed Book / Proctored Exam
___ Introduction to Marine Safety - 2 credits - Open Book, On Line Exam
___ Auxiliary Patrol (AUXPAT) - 1 credit - Closed Book / Proctored Exam
___ CG Incident Command System (ICS) 300 & 400 - 1 credit - Classroom Courses at CG Training Site
___ Auxiliary Air Coordinator (AUX-15) - 1 credit - C School
___ Specialty Coast Guard ICS Courses
            ICS 300 (Intermediate ICS) and ICS 400 (Advanced ICS) - 1 credit - Classroom Course at CG Training Site
            ICS 346 (Situation Unit Leader) - 1 or 2 credits - Classroom Course at CG Training Site
            ICS 347 (Demobilization Unit Leader) - 1 or 2 credits - Classroom Course at CG Training Site 
            ICS 348 (Resources Unit Leader) - 1 or 2 credits - Classroom Course at CG Training Site
