About me

I am a graduate student in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineeringat the University of Wisconsin-Madison where I am working with Prof. Robert Nowak on some of these projectsMy research focuses on developing machine learning theory and algorithms, motivated by whole-brain fMRI data analysis, with the aim of understanding how different regions of the brain function to process complex information.

I am also part of the Optimization group at the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery. I helped organize the Systems, Information, Learning and Optimization (SILO) seminars held at WID in Fall 2016.

I received the BE degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Pune, India in 2012 and the MS degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison in May 2014.
