Enrollment Procedure

  • Complete the application and return it Urbana Montessori with the $50.00 application fee. We will mail you the information package with all the forms (mentioned below).
  • If space is available, we will notify you.  If space is not available, we will place your child's name on the waiting list and refund you the application fee.
  • A $400.00 non-refundable deposit with a signed Enrollment Contract is required upon acceptance to reserve your child's place. The deposit will be applied to June 2013 tuition. Please review the Enrollment Contract carefully. Your contractual obligation to the Urbana Montessori is for the entire year, or the remainder of the year, if your child starts after the beginning of the enrollment period.
  • Children with special needs may be enrolled if their development and social needs can be met with reasonable accommodations and without fundamentally altering the development programs offered by Urbana Montessori. The director is the sole determining authority in all cases.
