The author (Jake Cao) undertook a PhD in the University of New South Wales, Australia between 2009-2013, under the supervision of Prof. Michael Ferry and Dr. Kevin J. Laws. Jake's thesis, entitled Processing and Properties of Biocompatible Metallic Glasses, focused on various amorphous alloys within the Mg-Zn-Ca ternary system. This website contains information regarding his research project.
