About Me:

Having done a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Portsmouth I have an in-depth knowledge into the physiology, psychology and biomechanics of the body. Along with my degree I have done a Diploma in Personal Training with Premier Training which has widened my knowledge in nutrition and a range of approaches to training and fitness development..

I  enjoy all forms of sport and regularly play football for my local church football team, take part in the Great South Run and Triathlons to raise money for the Alzheimers charity.. 

Being involved in different sports has given me experience with different forms of training such as:
  • Intense circuit training
  • Cardio programs 
  • Swim training
  • Plyometric training
  • Resistance training

Using my experience from University and training I am able to give you precise, interesting, challenging and enjoyable training programs which will keep you coming back for more.

Nutrition is a major part of fitness, being a nutritionist I am able to create a NUTRITION PROGRAMME which is tailored to your needs. Weight management is 80% diet so with each person I identify what aspects of your diet need attention to help improve your body and help you to see results quicker.
 
The most rewarding part about my job is seeing people change into the NEW PERSON, seeing their confidence grow and REACHING the goals that they set out at the start.
 
What the sessions can consist of?
 
During a session I use a mixure of resistance eqiupment, a TRX, medicine balls, your own body weight and resistance bands. I believe that you can not just use one type of training, after a while your body becomes accustomed to your training. With the training programmes that I create it always keeps the body guessing and changing to become more effective
