  • Adult Swimming Lessons – FREE! - Adult lessons are for ALL levels. This is a great class if you are looking to feel more comfortable in the water, if you want to improve your technique so you can swim effortlessly, or if you want to learn something new.
  • Adult Water Aerobics – FREE! - Water aerobics is a fun form of exercise for those who want to stay in or get in shape. Exercising in water is ideal because the water provides significant resistance while reducing the impact on the joints.
