  • USAI Employment Application: Summer 2020 Applications for 2020 Summer employment (Senior Guards, Lifeguards, Desk Attendants) at University Pool are now being accepted. Both new and returning employees should use the Employee Application Form.The application deadline is April 24, 2020.

  • Employment Applications for Summer 2019 Applications for employment (Senior guards, Lifeguards, Desk attendants) at University Pool for Summer 2019 are now being accepted. Applications should be submitted online through the link below (click on this announcement post to access links). The application deadline is April 20, 2019.   • 2020 USAI Annual Meeting The 2020 USAI Annual Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday March 18, at 7:00 PM.  Details will be emailed to bonded members. The meeting will be held in the Ruth Dill Johnson Crockett Building at 162 Ryders Lane, New Brunswick. The Ruth Dill Johnson Crockett Building is located on the stretch of George St./Ryders Lane that leads to the traffic light that goes to Sears and the Labor Education Center area.   • USAI Manager SWIM CLUB MANAGERThe University Swimming Association, Inc, ( located on the Busch campus of Rutgers University in Piscataway, N.J. has openings for a swim club manager for the 2019 summer season (June 8 - Sept 2).  The manager position requires experience working with aquatics, pool management, and administration of swim club activities.  Manager position is full-time during the swim season (early June through Labor Day) and will require some part-time work commencing April 1.  Manager is responsible for the complete administration of the program including all aquatic activities and instructional programs, facilities, payroll, staff hiring and supervision, life/safety procedures compliance, and membership management.  Manager position requires consumer-oriented interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse ...

  • August Membership Specials It is a HOT summer.  There is still time to join the “Rutgers” pool. The University Swimming Association, Inc. (USAI) swim club is a non-profit membership group that operates a large outdoor pool, baby pool, and children’s swim team. It is located on the Busch Campus near the Visitor’s Center and the Rutgers Football complex and has been in continuous operation since 1962, when it was founded to provide recreation for Rutgers faculty and administrators.  You are eligible to join the pool if you are full time faculty or staff at Rutgers, or a graduate of the university.  Membership is also open to Rutgers Theological Seminary.USAI understands that the first year expenses of the bond and ...

  • Important: Parking@USAI on 8/4/2018 Saturday August 4. There will be a Jets scrimmage at Rutgers stadium. Sutphen Road (goes past the stadium) will be closed at 3 PM. There will be access to the pool and parking lot from Campus Road. Members will need to inform parking guards/campus police that they are pool members attending the pool. We have been allotted 20 parking spots. These will be on a first-come first served basis (No parking passes are being issued). We encourage you to car-pool, and come early. You may also call the pool to ask if there are parking spaces available.
