Universe evolution, according to the ether theory

Gérard Berger

Abstract

A model of the evolution of the Universe is proposed, based on the ether theory, assimilated to the dark energy, is compared to the Big Bang theory .

Matter would be formed by establishment of stationary waves by corpuscles (or vibrating corpuscles) of the same frequency, circulating at the light velocity, in reverse sense and at the same phase at the point of meeting. Admitting that Universe is infinite, has always existed and that its total energy and inertial mass are remained constant, it is shown that the temperature, as the light velocity have slightly decreased, and that the gravitational constant follows the same evolution.

Interaction of the corpuscles with matter has led to the black body spectrum of the cosmic microwave background, which has not been perturbed by this quasi static Universe.

The phenomenon of the redshift of the corpuscles responsible of the gravitation explains that of the photons emitted by the remote stars, and the decrease of the absorption coefficient of the photons along their journey  can account for the apparent acceleration of the expansion.

An explanation of the apparent size of galaxies is given.

Keywords

Big Bang theory; Tired-light theory; Apparent sizes of galaxies; Apparent acceleration of expansion.
