The Christ
The advent of Christ in the heart of the man is a fact that transform us radically. Christ is the Solar Logos, Perfect Multiple Unity; Christ is the life that palpitates in the entire universe; He is what has always been, what will always be. But alas, People adore the "Christ-statue," but do not know anything about the Internal Christ. Obviously the unconscious and asleep people only want an historic Christ, anthropomorphic, the Christ-statue of unbreakable dogmas in where they can accommodate their rancid moral codes, prejudgments and concepts.
People is unable to imagine the Inner Christ in the heart of the man; the multitudes only adore the Christ-statue, and that is all. When one talks to the multitudes, when one explains the crude realism of the Revolutionary Christ, of the Red Christ, of the Rebellious Christ, one is immediately qua lified as blasphemous, heretic, evil, profaner, etc. In Mankind`s not too distant history, Many blood has been spilled in the name of Christ; there have been inquisitions, murders, exploitations and rapes through the course of the centuries, all of that in his name, but we repeat, even now many ignore who the Christ really is. Christ is not an individual, but a universal, cosmic and impersonal principle. Christ is the word, and was with God and the word was god. The Word is universal. It is known by all great religions and spiritual traditions. The entire creation is made by the Word. The Cosmic Christ is the Word. The Word in Greek is the Logos. The Logos is the Supernal Triangle of the Kabbalah.
The Logos (The Christ)
The Logos (Greek) means Verb or Word. In Greek and Hebrew metaphysics, the unifying principle of the world. The Logos is the manifested deity of every nation and people; the outward expression or the effect of the cause which is ever concealed. (Speech is the "logos" of thought). The Logos has three aspects, known universally as the Trinity or Trimurti. The First Logos is the Father, Brahma. The Second Logos is the Son, Vishnu. The Third Logos is the Holy Spirit, Shiva. One who incarnates the Logos becomes a Logos.
The Logos is the Cosmic Christ, that vibrant energy which always seek to assist suffering humanity. “If any man will come after me, let him deny himself (dissolve the Ego), and take up his cross (practice Alchemy), and follow me (sacrifice the self for humanity).” For those who incarnate the Christ (Krishna, Horus, Jesus, Fu Hsi, etc.) are one with the Word; they become the Word made flesh. These Messiah’s emerge from various cultures throughout history in order to establish great spiritual traditions that glorify the Word and teach the means to incarnate It. They come to fulfill the purpose of the Word and to clarify true teachings that inevitably degenerate through exposure in the world of men and must be reinvigorated.
Thus, within these avatars “The Son of Man” is born into the world as a beacon of light that dispels the darkness of ignorance. Although the Cosmic Christ is neither limited to time or space It expresses through Messiahs who are born into specific cultures during certain times in history. As the inevitable result the objective truths of the Cosmic Christ are received in a way that is specific to the time and place a Messiah delivers the teachings. And so despite the ever-changing face of the teaching (due to the disparate cultures of world tradition) the essence of the teaching is fixed, because the truths contained within the teachings are themselves objective and immutable. These truths are contained within the very lives (both real and legendary) of the Messiahs that teach them.
Kristos (or Krestos): (Greek) Literally, Christ. Esoterically, fire. Christ is fire. The Adorable God Kristos (Christ) comes from archaic cults to the Fire-God. The letters P (Pyre) and X (Cross) are the hieroglyph which represent the generation of the Sacred Fire. Christ was worshipped in the mysteries of Mithra, Apollo, Aphrodite, Jupiter, Janus, Vesta, Bacchus, Astarte, Demeter, Quetzalcoatl, etc.
The Christic principle has never been absent from any religion. All religions are one. Religion is as inherent to life as humidity is to water. The Great Cosmic Universal Religion was modified into thousands of religious forms. The priests of all religious forms are completely identifiable with one another because of the fundamental principles of the Great Cosmic Universal Religion.
There is no basic difference between the Mohammedan priest and the Jewish priest, or between the Pagan priest and the legitimate Christian one. Religion is one, single and absolutely universal. The ceremonies of the Shinto priest of Japan or of the Mongol Lamas are similar to the ceremonies of the witch-doctors and sorcerers of Africa and Oceania. When a religious form degenerates, it disappears and the universal life creates new religious forms in its place.
Authentic Primitive Gnostic Christianity comes from Paganism. Before Paganism the Cosmic Christ was worshipped in all cults. In Egypt, Christ was Osiris and who ever incarnated him was an Osirified one. In all ages there have been Masters who have assimilated the Infinite Universal Christic Principle. In Egypt, Hermes was the Christ. In Mexico, the Christ was Quetzalcoatl. In Sacred India, Krishna is Christ. In the Holy Land the Great Gnostic Jesus, who was educated in the land of Egypt was the one who had the joy of assimilating the Universal Christic Principle, and because of this he was worthy of being re-baptized again with the Seity (Beingness) of Fire and of the Cross, Khristos.
The Nazarene, Jesus-Iesus-Zeus is the modern man who totally incarnates the Universal Christic Principle. Before him, many Masters incarnated this Christic principle of Fire. The Rabbi of Galilee is a God because he totally incarnated the Cosmic Christ. Hermes,Quetzalcoatl, Kt are Gods because they also incarnated the Cosmic Christ. It is necessary to worship the Gods; they help their devotees.
“Ask, and it shall be given you... Knock, and it shall he opened unto you.” The art of producing Fire is Sexual Magic. Only with the Perfect Matrimony can we produce Fire, develop it arid incarnate the Christ. Thus we become Gods. The Christic Principle is always the same. The Masters who incarnate it are living Buddha’s. Among them there are always hierarchies. The Buddha Jesus is the mostexalted Initiate of the Universal White Fraternity.
When a religious form has fulfilled its mission, it disintegrates. Jesus the Christ was infact the initiator of a New Era. Jesus was a religious necessity of that time. At the end of the Roman Empire the Pagan priestly caste had fallen into the most complete disrepute. The multitudes no longer respected the priests and the artists satirized the divine rituals incomedies, sarcastically nicknaming the Divinities of Olympus and Avernus. It is painfulto see how these people depicted the God Bacchus as a drunken woman, and at othertimes caricatured him as a potbellied drunkard mounted upon a donkey. They representedthe ineffable and blessed Goddess Venus as an adulterous woman who went in search oforgiastic pleasure, followed by Nymphs who were chased by Satyrs before Pan andBacchus.
In that time of religious decadence, the people of Greece and Rome did not even respect Mars, the God of War. They sarcastically represented him trapped by Vulcan’s invisiblenet, in the instant of committing adultery with his wife, the beautiful Venus. The way inwhich they would ridicule the wronged, the sarcasm, the irony etc., clearly show the decadence of Paganism. Not even Jupiter-Olympus, the Father of the Gods, escaped profanation for he was sarcastically represented in many satires busy seducing Goddesses, Nymphs and mortals. Priapus became the terror of husbands, and Olympus the ancient abode of the Gods, became a licentious bacchanal.
The terrible Avernus (inferno) ruled by Pluto, source of terror for innumerable centuries,no longer frightened anybody and became a subject of comedy with intrigues of all kinds, sarcasm and ridicule that made everybody laugh. The anathemas and theexcommunications of priests, pontiffs, bishops etc., etc., did not have any effect, becausethe people no longer respected them. The religious form had fulfilled its mission and its death was inevitable. Most of the priests then degenerated and prostituted themselves inthe already degenerate temples of Vesta, Venus-Aphrodite and Apollo.
At that time many Pagan priests became vagrants, comedians, puppeteers, beggars. The common people would make fun of them and run after them throwing stones. Thus ended the religious form of Roman Paganism. That form had already completed its mission andnow all that remained was for it to die. The world needed something new. The universal religion needed to manifest in a newform. Jesus was the initiator of that New Era. In fact; Jesus the Christ was the Divine Hero of the New Age.
The Nicene Council held in the year 325 A.D. did not create a new hero, as the materialistic pigs suppose. In the Nicene Council a Doctrine and a Man were officially recognized:
The Doctrine was primitive Christianity today disfigured by the Roman Catholic sect. The Man was Jesus. Many men had declared themselves Avatars of the New Era, but none except for Jesus had taught the Doctrine of the New Era. The facts speak forthemselves and Jesus spoke with facts; that is why He was recognized as the initiator ofthe New Era. The Doctrine of Jesus is Christic esotericism, the Solar Religion of all ages and centuries. The Gnosticism taught by Jesus is the religion of the Sun, the primeval Christianity of the Gods of the Dawn.
At the Nicene Council, legal status was in fact given to a new religious form that had long endured terrifying persecution and martyrdom. It is sufficient to remember the circus of lions in the times of Nero, when the Christians were thrown into the arena to bedevoured by these wild animals. Let us remember the times of the catacombs and the sufferings of all those Gnostics. Itwas only just that the Nicene Council should definitively recognize in a totally official form a Solar Doctrine and a Man who had incarnated the Cosmic Christ.
Christ as a Universal Principle
The Christic principle has never been absent from any religion. All religions are one. Religion is as inherent to life as humidity is to water. The Great Cosmic Universal Religion becomes modified into thousands of religious forms. Thus, the priests from all religious forms are completely identifiable with one another through the fundamental principles of the Great Cosmic Universal Religion. Therefore, a basic difference between the Mohammedan priest and the Jewish priest, or between the Pagan priest and the legitimate Christian one, does not exist. Religion is one. Religion is unique and absolutely universal. The ceremonies of the Shinto priest of Japan or of the Mongol Lamas are similar to those ceremonies of the shamans and sorcerers from Africa and Oceania.
Thus we can find the Cosmic Christ in thousands of ancient texts and old traditions that came millions of years before Jesus. All this invites us to accept that Christ is a cosmic principle contained in the essential principles of all religions. We clarify that the Holy Gods of the Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Thenan, Scandinavian,Gaelic, Germanic, Assyrian, Aramaic, Babylonian, Persian religions etc., etc., have not died. These Gods fulfilled their mission and then they withdrew, that is all. In a future Mahãvantara those ineffable Gods and their divine religions will return in the right dayand hour to manifest anew.
When a religious form disappears, it entrusts its ecumenical universal principles to thereligious form that follows it; that is the Law of Life. Jesus had the divine attributes of Krishna, Buddha, Zeus-Jupiter, Apollo. All of them were born of a virgin. In fact, the Christ is al ways born of the Virgin Mother of theWorld. Every Master practices Sexual Magic and, speaking in a symbolic sense, we can affirm that the Christ is born within the womb of the priestess wife. The emblems, symbols and dramas of the Birth of the Gods are al ways the same. The God Mithra was born on 24th December at mid night, just as Jesus. The birthplace ofJesus was Bethlehem. This name comes from the name of the God of the Babylonian and Germanic peoples, who named their Sun God Bel or Belen. By this they wanted to make understood the reality of a Man who had incarnated the Christ-Sun.
Thus the Goddesses Isis, Juno, Demeter, Ceres, Vesta, Maia, were personified in themother of the Hierophant Jesus. The Hebraic Maria was a great Initiate. Every occultist knows this. All these Goddess-Mothers can represent the Divine Mother Kundalini of whom the Universal Word of Life is always born. All the martyred Saints, Virgins, Angels, Cherubim, Seraphim, Arch angels, Powers,Virtues and Thrones are the same as the Demi-Gods, Titans, Goddesses, Sylphs, Cyclopsand Messengers of the Gods, but now with new names. The religious principles are always the same. The religious forms may change, but the principles do not change because there is only one religion; the Universal Religion.
For example, Amongst the Persians Christ is Ormuz, Ahura Mazda, the terrible enemy of Ahriman (Satan), which we have within us. Amongst the Hindus, Krishna is Christ, and the gospel of Krishna is very similar to tha t of Jesus of Nazareth. Among the Egyptians, Christ was Osiris and whoever incarnated him was in fact an Osirified One. Amongst the Chinese it is Fu Hsi, the Cosmic Christ who composed the I-Ching (The Book of Laws) and named the Dragon Ministers. Among the Greeks, Christ is called Zeus, Jupiter, the Father of the Gods. Amongst the Aztecs it is Quetzalcoatl, the Mexican Christ. In the Germanic Edda it is Balder, the Christ who was assassinated by Hoder, God of War, with an arrow of mistletoe etc.
The man Jesus has incarnated the Christ; Yes, Jesus had the heroism to assimilate the Christic Substance in all his internal vehicles. He achieved this by working with INRI (Fire). This is how the Hierophant was able to be One with the Father. Jesus became a Christ and ascended to the Father. Everyone who assimilates the Christic Substance in the physiological, biological, psychic and spiritual Self becomes a Christ. Therefore, Christ is not some kind of human or divine individual. Christ is a cosmic substance that is found in the whole infinite space. We need to form Christ within us. This is only possible with INRI (Fire).
For as The Christ stated, If your Eye be Single (In Meditation), your body shall be filled with Light (One with Christ) for the Kingdom (Salvation) of God is Within You! (The Key to true Knowledge and Eturnal Life)
For whosoever forms Christ becomes Christ. Only Christ can ascend to the Father. The Father is neither a human nor a divine individual. The Father, the Son and Holy Spirit are substances, forces, transcendental and terrifically divine energies. That is all. What happens is that unfortunately people have a marked tendency to anthropomorphise ( Veriations of Human Nature or Likeness ) these superior forces.
The Inner Christ, is celestial fire, he has to born in us when we have advanced enough in the esoteric work. The inner Christ has to eliminate from our psychological nature the causes of the errors, that is to say: The "I's and Ego - are the Causes." For it would not be possible the dissolution of the Ego's causes if the Christ has not been born in us, For the Inner Lord (Christ) has to take charge of our psyche, of the five
cylinders (Five Senses) of the organic machine (Man), of all our mental, emotional, instinctive and sexual processes (The Three Brains), for remember, as was stated in the begining, The Christ is not an individual, but a universal, cosmic and impersonal principle, which must be assimilated by each person to atain true Salvation.
The Christ Consciousness
Now we will comprehend in better form why is difficult to be a real Christian. To be a Christian means to have incarnated the Profound Inner Real Being, it means to have Soul and Spirit (the Being). Only he that has incarnated the Being can live according the precepts of the Christ. Note that Satan, the pluralized "I," can never live according the sacred precepts of the Christ, because Satan is Satan and nothing else.
There exist over the face of Earth seven kinds of people, classified from the view point of the authentic Christianity.
This classification is as follows:
1. The Instinctive Man. This type of person is superficial, just observe the religious ceremonies but not understanding them and only content himself with the external things.
2. The Emotive or Sentimental Man. This kind of person, as soon as he cries before the saints of his devotion, he is preparing inquisitional bonfires to burn alive those that do not have his own religious principles and whose he qualifies as "heretics." The religious wars were always provoked by this class of people.
3. The Intellectual Man. This type of persons are mere intellectively religious, that is to say, they interpret the sacred texts with the intellective-subjective reasoning; for this reason they do not know anything about the Illuminated Intellect, not by any means about Intuition. There is abundance of them among the Seven Day Adventists, Anglicans, Jehovah's Witnesses, etc.
4. It is the man that begins to search the Secret Path, the Path of the Razor's Edge and listen the initiates. This class of people abounds in all the schools of Theosophy, Rosicrucians, Yoguism, Christianity-Rosicrucian as the one of Max Heindel, Spiritualism, etc. Are people that begin the fight for attaining the Truth, they yearn the Inner Self-Realization, even though they are in danger of getting lose among the confuse labyrinths of pseudo-esoteric and pseudo-occult theories.
5. Christians with graves errors because they have not annihilated the pluralized "I."
6. Perfect Christians, but that suffer a lot fighting for the annihilation of the remnants of the pluralized "I."
7. Christians of Absolutely Perfection, Christians without remnants of the psychological "I," great Masters totally Self-Realized.
This same order, these seven stages of religiosity, can be applied to Buddhism and all the great confessional religions.
Christian absolutely perfect can only be the one that has attained the Venustic Initiation. Every Buddha that renounces to the blissfulness of Nirvana for love to humanity, after many sufferings and voluntary efforts can reach the Venustic Initiation. The Buddha Jesus, the Great Kabir, received that initiation at the border of the Jordan River when John baptised him. In those moments, the resplendent "Dragon of Wisdom," that is to say, the Inner Christ, incarnated in Jesus. John is a Christ also, because he incarnated his Inner Christ. In same manner, the Venerable Master of Wisdom Kout-Humi also incarnated his Inner Christ. Hermes, Buddha, Quetzalcoatl, Zarathustra, Krishna, Lao-Tse and many others great Avatars are Christs also, we repeat, because they incarnated the Inner Christ.
Moreover, I stress that, In reality, the Christ is not a human individual nor divine; Christ is a Cosmic substance, Universal and Infinite. For this reason Paul of Tarsus invite us to forme the Christ within ourselves, that is to say, invite us to assimilate inside of the human organism, inside of the Soul and the Being that marvellous substance called Christ. What we are affirming here is not accepted by those classified in the first, second and third levels of people; the men of the fourth type begin to accept it and obviously, the ones of the fifth accept it and fight to realize it practically. Those of the sixth type have realized it in a relative manner and the ones of the seventh type have already realized it totally.
So, Christ is the Solar Logos, the Perfect Multiple unity. In the Logos does not exists the individuality not by any means the "I," the Ego. In Him, all of us are One. He is the Army of the Voice, the Great Word, the Verb.
We repeat, so much has been written and said about Jesus of Nazareth and in the streets have appeared many false Christs. Not long ago a megalomaniac was absolutely convinced he was Jesus the Christ; he grew his beard and hair, it took away the pants, the shoes and begun using sandals, later proclaimed everywhere that he was Jesus the Christ. Naturally, some simple and credulous people really believed what that person was saying. That megalomaniac taught Black Tantrism, wrote some books and founded an organization that orders to spill the sexual energy. Fortunately, that megalomaniac impostor is dead, but before he made a great damage to this poor painful humanity. The most curious and serious in all of this are the justifications that are used when a false Christ dies. The followers justify his death with words like this: "In a short time you will see me again, because I go to the Father." It is amazing to observe how the tenebrous use the words of the gospel and how deceive others using the same words of Jesus the Christ; words of the one in whose mouth never existed a lie. The Divine Rabbi of Galilee warned it clearly: "Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is the Christ, or these; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elected."
Then saith Jesus unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few
Alas, so true the words of Jesus, for in reality, the elected ones can be counted with the fingers of one hand, because only can be consider as elected those who crystallize Soul and incarnate the Being. He that yearns the attaining of the total christification has to be revolutionary, because the Path of the Razor's Edge is totally revolutionary. Every true revolutionary becomes a Buddha, every true revolutionary transforms himself in a Christ. Those that definitively do not create Soul nor Spirit, are lost, brake every connection with the Divine Monad (Atman-Buddhi-Manas).
The Limitations of Man`s Consciousness is something that is most of the time over looked by humanity, for people confuse consciousness with intelligence or with intellect, thus, they qualify a very intelligent or intellectual person as a very cognizant person. Undoubtedly—and without fear of deceiving ourselves—we affirm that within a human being the consciousness is a very particular means of apprehending internal knowledge and is completely independent of any mental activity. The faculty of consciousness facilitates the knowledge of ourselves. The consciousness grants us the integral knowledge of what is, where it is, what is really known, and what is certainly ignored. Revolutionary psychology teaches that only the individual by himself can know his own self. Yes, only we ourselves can know if we are or are not cognizant at any given moment; only by oneself can one know about one’s own consciousness, and whether it was active or not at any given moment.
Only the individual by himself—and nobody but himself—can become aware at any given instant, at any given moment, if before that instant, if before that moment, he was not really cognizant, that his consciousness was very asleep. Thereafter, he will fall asleep again and forget that experience, or will keep it as a memory, as the memory of a strong experience.
It is essential to know that the consciousness within rational animals is not a continuous or permanent entity. Normally, the consciousness within these intellectual animals mistakenly called humans sleeps profoundly; thus, the moments in which their consciousness is awake are seldom, very seldom. Yes, intellectual animals work, drive cars, marry, die, etc., with their consciousness totally asleep, and it awakens only in very exceptional moments.
Sadly, the life of present human-like people is a life of dreams, yet they believe they are awake and will never admit that they are dreaming—that is, that their consciousness is asleep. If any of them were to suddenly awaken, he would feel terribly ashamed of himself, he would immediately comprehend his clownishness, his own buffoonery, since this life is frightfully ludicrous, horribly tragic, and seldomly sublime. If a boxer in the middle of a fight was to unexpectedly awaken—covered in shame—he would see the entire fascinated public and then—before the astonishment of the sleeping and unconscious multitudes—he would flee from the horrible spectacle.
When a human being admits that he has his consciousness asleep, you can be sure that he has already begun to awaken. The reactionary schools of old-fashioned psychology that deny the existence of the consciousness—and that even declare the term useless—reveal a most profound state of sleep. The henchmen of such schools snooze very profoundly within an utterly infraconscious and unconscious state. Those who confuse the consciousness with psychological functions, i.e. thoughts, feelings, motor impulses and sensations, are indeed very unconscious: they are profoundly asleep. Those who admit the existence of the consciousness, and nonetheless, utterly deny the different degrees of cognizance, reveal their lack of cognizant experience, that is, they reveal their sleeping consciousness. Any person who—even for a brief moment—awakened his consciousness, knows very well by his own experience that different degrees of observable consciousness exist within oneself, namely:
First: time; how long did we remain cognizant?
Second: frequency; how many times have we awakened our consciousness?
Third: amplitude and penetration; what was one cognizant of?
Revolutionary psychology and the ancient Philokalia affirm that the consciousness can be awakened and made continuous and controllable by means of a special kind of super-effort. A fundamental education has as it’s objective the awakening of the consciousness. It is worthless to expend ten or fifteen years of study in school, college, and university if upon completion of our studies we are sleeping automatons. It is no exaggeration to affirm that—by means of great effort—intellectual animals can become cognizant of themselves for a brief couple of minutes; nonetheless, it is clear that, in regard to cognizance, there exist remarkable exceptions that we must seek with the lantern of Diogenes. These remarkable cases are represented by authentic human beings such as Buddha, Jesus, Hermes, Quetzalcoatl, etc. Yes, these founders of religions possess continuous cognizance: that is, they are great, enlightened men. Commonly, people are not cognizant of themselves, yet have the illusion of being cognizant in a continuous manner; this illusion is due to memory and all the processes of thought. For example, any individual who practices a retrospective exercise in order to remember their entire life, can truly recall, remember the number of times they married, how many children they begot, who their parents were, their teachers, etc. However, this does not signify the awakening of their consciousness; this is simply the remembrance of unconscious actions, and that is all.
Here, it is necessary to repeat what we have stated in former chapters. There are four states of consciousness:
Sleep - Vigil State - Self-cognizance - Objective Cognizance
The wretched intellectual animals mistakenly called humans live only in two of these states, since they expend one half of their life in their bed sleeping and the other half in the wrongly called “vigil state,” which indeed is a sleepwalking state. Yes, the individual who in bed sleeps and dreams believes that he awakens by merely returning to the vigil state, but he continues dreaming, because for him the vigil state is indeed a sleepwalking state. This is similar to daybreak: the stars seem to hide when the sun rises, yet they continue to exist even when the physical eyes cannot perceive them. In normal life, the populace knows nothing about self-cognizance, and much less about objective cognizance. Nevertheless, people are proud and everyone thinks that they are cognizant of themselves. Yes, intellectual animals firmly believe that they have cognizance of themselves and they would never accept—under any circumstances—being told that they are actually asleep and that they live unconscious of themselves.
Normally we live on different levels of our interior temple. There are people who always live in the lower levels; those are the ones that are concentrated exclusively in instinct and fornication, the fourth and fifth levels (instinctive and sexual centers, respectively), levels that have been used in a negative way. Others live on the third level (motor center) and never leave it; they always move following the patterns of predetermined customs, along the line of certain habits. They never change; they are like a train that always runs over the same tracks. These third-level types of people are so accustomed to their train of habits that they are not ready to surrender them. Others live on the first level (the intellectual center); others, on the second level (negative emotions). Those who live in the intellectual center want to turn everything into rationalism, analysis, concepts or arguments, and they never leave that place. Others live in the emotional center dedicated to the vices of movies, racetracks, bullfights, etc., in reality, a very limited and narrow world. They live enclosed and enslaved by negative emotions, never thinking of escaping from such places. It is necessary to insist upon giving opportunity to our Consciousness.
Normally people act and react in response to the impacts coming from the outer world. Compare this to the example of a lake in which we throw a stone; we see how the stone produces rings that spread from the center to the edge of the lake. This is the reaction of the water to the impact coming from the stone (external world). Something similar happens to the mind and feelings. If someone hurts us with words, the impact of the word reaches the intellectual center or the thought center and then the person reacts in a violent way; if someone offends our senses, we feel annoyed and possibly react in a brutal way.
In every circumstance of life the mind and feelings take an active part reacting consecutively (in response to the external stimulus). A better response would be not to give any opportunity to the mind or feelings; it is urgent to develop a tranquil, quiet mind. This of course bothers the “mentalists” everywhere. The idea of a quiet mind is opposed to all those who say that “in the mind is the power” and that “man must be a King who commands and dominates with his powerful mind.” They are sophisms of the mentalists, like those who say, “He who learns to manage his mind is sure to triumph like the arrow of the old archer.” Finally, at the very end, they are nothing more than sophisms extracted from those intellectual fantasies which have no esoteric form.
To negate thinking - this horrifies the mind positivists, but nevertheless the negated form of the mind is the most eloquent; not thinking is the most elevated way of thinking. When the thinking process of the mind is over, the new way arrives; this is what you need to understand. A calm mind that is at the service of one’s Real Being results in an efficient instrument, because the mind is made to be receptive, to serve as a receptive instrument, not as an active instrument. The mind itself is feminine and all the centers should work harmoniously in accordance with the Universal Symphony of Passive Serenity. In these conditions we should not permit the mind to project; we need a tranquil mind to put to the service of the different circumstances of our existence.
The therapy we need to know profoundly in order to avoid any interior unbalance that can cause outer repercussions is that which will not permit the mind any kind of reaction. If someone hurts us, we must not permit the mind to react. Wish that there will always be someone who can hurt us in our feelings daily, so that we can in that way train our mind better to be passive. The more insults we receive, the better for our training, because we will have more opportunities to stop the reaction of the mind and feelings so that they do not intervene in any circumstance of our lives.
However, exceptional moments exist when the intellectual animal awakens, but these moments are very rare. This awakening can occur in an instance of great danger, or during an intense emotion, or in some new circumstance, or in some new, unexpected situation, etc. Nonetheless, it is indeed a disgrace that the intellectual animal does not have any control over those fleeting states of awakened consciousness, and that he cannot evoke them in order to make them continuous. Nevertheless, these fundamentals of Gnostic education affirm that any individual can acquire control over his consciousness and thus attain self-cognizance. Yes, this revolutionary psychology has methods, scientific processes, to awaken the consciousness.
I hope that you readers and listeners will understand this, that you must practice meditation, so one day, you will be able to liberate the Essence (the human soul) and experience the Truth (gnosis) by yourselves. For the one who is able to liberate the Essence and to enter the Illuminating Void (christ consciousness) will be distinct; one will no longer be like the others (antichrist consciousness); For to declare that Christ is within you because you believe what is written in the Bible is ludicrous. People do not even know how to read what is written there. People believe in some chapter or verse from the Gospel that states this and that, and because they repeat it, they believe they are saved. This is indeed ludicrous. So, I employ you my brothers and Sisters... Deny self with Meditation and ye shall know the Truth.
Let us Embrace The Razors Edge, for the begining of Wisdom is Knowing how little We Know....
