Our school is a nut free school.

Lunches for extended care children are to be provided by the parent or guardian.

Nutritious snacks may be provided by UVNS, if allowed by governing bodies, including juice or water.

Birthdays are celebrated; we welcome you to bring in an approved snack. *** This is also subject to approval by governing bodies. ***


Children must be 2-1/2 – 5 years old

Children must have current Emergency and Release Form

Children must have current Universal Health Form and Immunization Record completed by a licensed physician

Tour of school by parent or guardian, arranged by appointment

Completed Application with non-refundable Registration Fee of $85 plus September and June tuition payment


Parents or guardians are responsible for transportation to and from school, or for making arrangements for car-pooling. Children must be walked into the building by the parent or guardian to the classroom every day. A note must be sent in to the Teacher each time someone other than the parent or guardian will be picking up their child.


Illness – We do not provide sick child care. Parents or guardians will be called if a child shows signs or symptoms of illness.

Allergies – Parents must alert us in writing of any allergies any child has. A current and complete medication form signed by your physician will be required. All classrooms are nut free. If a child has allergies, all medication must be in original package with unexpired date.
