Chef Eric served up a palate pleaser, with a variety of cocktail pairings alongside. The generous company of 24 strolled between courses, filling a long apartment with chatter and laughter.

First course:
Miso soup with pickled and unpickled radishes

Second course:
Grilled broccoli next to mashed sweet potato-squash with a pear chutney

Main course:
Korean lettuce leaf burritos with Szeuchwan pepper-spiced shredded roast pork

Poached caramel pears with whipped honey-vanilla yogurt and frozen caramel foam
