Wesley Activities

Bible Studies

Every week during the school year (except for breaks and special events), we have

Wednesday night Bible study

Graduate students meet at 6:45pm
Undergrads meet at 8:00pm

See our Bible study page for what we're currently reading!

Activities and Events

Wesley organizes fun activities and times of fellowship, including game nights, movie nights, bowling, and Tigers baseball games

We also participate in community and social justice events, like the CROP Walk, which raises money to support organizations fighting hunger.

Service Opportunities

Wesley organizes many opportunities for service throughout the semester. We typically have local service activities such as Christmas Caroling and making presents for the kids of FUMC. We have also volunteered at Habitat for Humanity in the Ann Arbor area.

Our last service day was to Mercy House in Ann Arbor, serving food with and getting to know some of the homeless community.

See our homepage for upcoming service days!

Spring and Fall Break

Wesley has a history of exciting Spring Break and Fall Break trips! In 2017 we were fortunate enough to go to Chicago, where we were in service with Lincoln UMC and the Pilsen Neighborhood, focusing on the issues immigrants to the area face—you can see more here.

This year, Wesley traveled to Flint to learn about the water crisis and other issues. We worked at a local UMC and visited several community organizations in the area as well.
