Kobudo
‘Old martial way’

Kobudo is a traditional weapon art from Okinawa (Japan) based on everyday farming and fishing for self-defensive purposes. Over time, the use of these weapons became formalized into a beautiful, graceful, and effective art that has been passed down from generation to generation.

In the modern world, kobudo is an excellent form of exercise and moving meditation, and ideal for men and women of all ages.
