At the beginning of each year the Athletic Compliance Office will complete a list of all coaches eligible to recruit off campus, based on the coaches’ certification test results, which is shared with the Business Office. The Compliance Office will maintain the Permissible Recruiters Form and copy appropriate coaches and administrative personnel when changes are made.
The Football Office must designate, in writing to the Director of Compliance, the seven (7) permissible off-campus recruiters on a weekly basis during off-campus recruiting periods.
If the head coach is to replace one of the seven permissible recruiters, this must also be designated in writing.
The Basketball and Softball staffs must designate, in writing to the Director of Compliance, the various recruiting days they will use in the limited sections where staff members are limited to a set number of days. Changes to these days are permitted and must be documented in writing.
