Good Afternoon V’tavia!

This weekend is Toys For Tots in Wyvern Cliffe (Jefferson City, MO). This tournament is one of the most prestigious tournaments held in the Kingdom. It makes for quite the show, and some of the best pick up fighting can be found here. Please remember that the entry fee for each tournament is a toy of $5.00 value. There are awards for the most prizes given (individual *and* group), as well as a raffle.

Baron Donald Andrew MacDonald will be elevated to Masters of the Defense this weekend at Toys for Tots, in a joint ceremony for the premiers of this order in Calontir. You do not want to miss this!

Vatavia’s position on the rotation for Spring Coronation 2019 (to take place on January 12th, 2019) is due. Bids are due by January 13th, 2018. Additional information concerning Calontir’s Crown Tourney and Coronation bid rotation and the preferred format for such bids may be found online at We would like to see bids in by December 6th, Officers’ Meeting.

Indoor fighter practice for Armored Combat and Cut & Thrust begins Sunday, December 3rd at Exploration Place. There will not be practice on Demcember 24th and December 31st so everyone may enjoy the Holiday season.

There are many good folks in this Barony and Kingdom who are worthy of recognition. Please send award recommendations for all the wonderful stuff you saw folks do out in the Kingdom, or here at home. Do it now!
