Don’t Forget

Much thanks to Lady Eyfríðr Geirsdóttir for volunteering to be in charge of gate for Valor later this month. If you are interested in helping out, the sign-up sheet is available online at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1k90d2-HQFpn736X_hJSIHdT5ZOUMZC0f9ngg4KDqITk/edit.

There are a plethora of ways to volunteer and help make Valor an event to remember. Setup, sanitation, marshalling, tavern, feast, tear down on Monday... an event of this size needs so much time and effort to successfully run. As always, we're not asking for you to give up your entire weekend. We want you to enjoy Valor, to come out and have fun doing the things they love. But a few hours of your time goes a long way towards showing our guests a fine damn event this Memorial Day weekend.

We would like Vatavia to once again present Their Majesties and Their Highnesses with a gift of largess during their court. We are asking for our craftsmen and artisans (that’s you!) to donate small items that would be appropriate as gifts and tokens of thanks to be received from the Crown. If you have never made largess before and have questions about what to make or donate please let us know. Sung also has a Largess Inspirations board on pinterest (https://www.pinterest.com/sungsaierh/largesse-inspirations/) that might be of interest.
