The 2011 UK-Japan Workshop on Microbial Systems Biology is now over. Thank you to all speakers and participants. We hope to see you again in Tsuruoka!

You can see the event photo album here.

Dates: October 24-25, 2011
Venue: IAB, Keio University (Tsuruoka, Japan)

This workshop is part of a series initiated by the Strategic International Corporation program funded by Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) on the Japanese side and by the British Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) on the UK side.

The workshop series is meant to promote collaborations and interactions between researchers in the two countries (and this year, especially with IAB scientists) active mainly in the field of microbial systems biology, but is not restricted to microbial applications.

Note: The program of the main workshop's sessions is now closed. However, attendance is free and open to the public. Poster presentations are also invited. If you would like to attend the event or present a poster, please fill in the registration form by October 14th, 2011.
