It's that time of year for all 9th-12th grade High School Runners to to start preparing to attend the 2025 Foot Locker Western Regional Championships on December 6, 2025. This year we are planning to take 48 runners with us. This will be done on a first come basis. Those who sign up first and pay their deposit will secure their spot on this trip. If you are a 9th-12th grade student/athlete and want to go then visit the Foot Locker 2025 section to find out more information and to sign up to secure your spot on the bus by sending your deposit.

Welcome to the 2025 Cross Country season. We look forward to a great season and hope that you are ready to do great things.
Practice Schedule
Official practices will be July 28-Aug 19 will be held at 6:00 AM at the park. Aug 20 will start afternoon practices at the school at 3:15 on the front lawn. Practices will be held every Monday - Friday throughout the season.
There will be no formal practice on race days.
